Earlier this morning, the sea was especially beautiful.
Under clear winter light, the water shimmered quietly, and the coastline felt open and still. Even in the cool air, the brightness gave the day a gentle lift.
As the hours passed, clouds moved in and softened the sky. By late afternoon, the light turned muted, and the airport settled into a calmer, greyer mood.
With temperatures now around 11°C, it feels mild for late winter. Still, without sunlight, the atmosphere carries less energy than it did in the morning.
